Well monday we had a freak noreaster hit with a ton of rain so what did we do what else went yarn shopping yes like i need more im trying to make room in my studio/office now But hubby says you dont have to buy you can just look yeah right

well now i have bins of yarn in my dinning room and living room and my spare bed room is no more because darn AC moores they had a clearence sale plus some great new yarns i just couldnt pass up on sale! and hubby was no help alls he said was you'll find a us for it he better hope so lol or he'll have to buy a bigger house hey that s an idea im going to suggest that well id better get crocheting or ill never see my living room again

a camo bag ive been working on

This is a bag of my own design that i just finished up for a friend

the only problem is i got so into crocheting it that i forgot to write the pattern down lol oh well ill have to tell her its a one of a kind orginal

i wiped it up in 2 days .it has side pockets plus a pocket on the handle for a cell phone or ipod and extra lil bag with it

its made out of 100 % cotton so it can be thorn in the wash

necklace design in honor of my mom

this is the necklace i designed in honor of my mom and other cancer victims & survivors the circle stands for my moms favorite song "will the circle be on broken" In The circle is the word COURAGE for the courage they show {the family's and patients etc],the heart is for all the love they give and receive, the chain represents the links that bound all cancer victims,survivors,friends and family's etc across the world together and the blue thread is for the heavens

this design means a lot to me and took me along time and many many tears to do

The money from the sale of the pattern will be donated to our local hospice who were a great help to us and are still offering us help 9 months later

spring shawl

well here is 1 of my shawls that ive done its been hard to get crochting done my daughter has moved back home with her kids so that takes up a lot of my time with the grand kids lol its made with lion brands home spun yarn,is very soft and warm

been awhile

well here it is may 16th the day after my 47th birthday whew time flys.my dd and kids gave my an ipod shuffle for my bday i quess im being updated lol . But i love it ill be able to listen to the oldies while crocheting and not bother anyone maybe it will speed up my hand s lol
well as always there is never enough time soon i hope to post about some new patterns im working on till then happy hooking to all

crochet ramblings

well ive been sick all week so not much crocheting is getting done. But on the funny side my dr tells me at that the rip old age of 46 ,i have mono yes mono can you believe it he said its odd but not on heard of some one my age getting it lol.just gotta laugh at that one so hopefully soon ill have a pattern or so posted
